At AJ Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
